Also, all farmers are participants in the Firelands Watershed Produce Program that works to connect Restaurants with local farmers in the effort to build food security, and establish a sustainable food system.

Round Rock Farm is operated by Mary & Luke Heyman in Norwalk, OH. After college Luke and Mary, 26, decided to make their mark on organic farming by acquiring land in the Ohio valley to cultivate for the production of fruits,vegetables, herbs and animal husbandry. They are a valuable addition to the Erie Fresh CSA shareholders and showcase a new standard for the next generation of the American farmer.

After months of searching for a bread artisan that could offer quality breads without the additives, we found Healthy Bakes By Catherine.
Healthy Bakes, operated by Catherine Reiter, produces breakfast cookies, artisan breads, herbal teas, biscotti and the happiest brownies. Catherine States, “My mission is to feed anyone who enjoys good food but to do it in a way that doesn’t compromise the taste of the food or the health of the person eating it.” We are very pleased to be offering this Bread Share for the Erie Fresh CSA.
